Dale Kroppmanns -  Listing Agent / Team Leader

Born and raised in the Victoria area, Dale has been involved in local Real Estate since the early 1980’s and has remained one of Victoria’s top Realtors consistently since 1995. Having a team allows Dale to focus his energy on negotiating offers, marketing his listings, and leading his team to deliver positive results to our clients. Dale monitors the results of advertising and systems and is constantly looking for ways to improve his teams’ services and effectiveness. Dale sees himself not just as being in the Real Estate business, but in the business of helping families achieve their goals. Sherry Tucker –  Buyers’ Agent

With many years experience in management Sherry has developed acute listening skills, along with the ability to both put people at ease and handle the stress that comes along with a high powered, non-stop schedule.  She has an infectious engaging manner, seasoned with a great sense of humor.   Sherry believes that the customer comes first and maintains a high standard of integrity, resulting in the loyal trust of her clients, and many eager referrals. Betina Stratford - Administrative Assistant

Betina is our friendly voice on the telephone. Apart from fielding calls, Betina is in charge of arranging showings and gathering the feedback from other realtors. Betina creates our Newsletters, Market Reports and other promotional materials that assist in marketing your home, and once we have an accepted offer, she is responsible for processing the paperwork, arranging inspections and much more. Betina keeps track of the computer data and email correspondence and she keeps the client database up to date, having a strong background in procedures and organization.

Allison Currie - Marketing Coordinator 

Allison’s duties include taking photos and measuring new listings, processing and submitting the new listings to the Victoria Real Estate Board, and working with our technical and web support staff, processing and submitting photos and information to multiple web sites. Another integral part of Allison’s work is lay-out and submission of advertising to the various publications. Once you have an accepted offer, Allison can also help you arrange inspections and other appointments.

Roger Yelland CMA - Conveyancer 

A Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 30 years of accounting experience, Roger takes care of handling all of the legal & procedural details involved in processing your home purchase and sale transactions. He is the one who corresponds with your lawyer to ensure the process of transferring title goes smoothly. Although meticulous in his attention to detail, Roger does it all with a dry wit, and easy manner.
